Returns & Refund Policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

  • We are unable to offer exchanges on items, so please choose carefully.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis, but we try to look after our customers as best we can. There may be a restocking fee in some cases.
  • Contact us at mattlokay@californiagrillin.com prior to returning any items and within 14 days of purchase.
  • International items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a package is unclaimed or returned, it may be subject to a handling fee.
  • Customer is solely responsible for entering correct shipping address. Failure to enter correct information will result in additional handling charges. 
  • If you are ordering to a hotel or temporary address, we are not responsible if your package shows up after the time of checkout, or is misplaced by the front desk.
