Returns, refunds and exchanges:
- We are unable to offer exchanges on items, so please choose carefully.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis, but we try to look after our customers as best we can. There may be a restocking fee in some cases.
- Contact us at mattlokay@californiagrillin.com prior to returning any items and within 14 days of purchase.
- International items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If a package is unclaimed or returned, it may be subject to a handling fee.
- Customer is solely responsible for entering correct shipping address. Failure to enter correct information will result in additional handling charges.
- If you are ordering to a hotel or temporary address, we are not responsible if your package shows up after the time of checkout, or is misplaced by the front desk.
